It is important to have some ideas of what you want; colors, use of photos, description of photos (interiors, exteriors, landscape, etc.); in order to keep the cost low, important design decisions should be made BEFORE ordering this semi-custom product. Sending urls of sites you like is highly encouraged to expedite the buildout of your semi custom website.
